The mission of the Circle of Crones is to create a compassionate and nurturing environment where women facing the challenges and joys of aging can gather for support, education, sharing, and learning to step into the power of the Crone years.
Whether you are the first step of peri-menopause, in the menopause years, or beyond, here you will find solace, encouragement, and empowerment. We aim to provide a safe space where women can openly discuss and address the unique challenges they face at this stage of life.
Our Circle of Crones strive to foster personal growth, cultivate self acceptance, and promote lifelong connections among our members.
We are dedicated to offering valuable resources, guidance, and empathy while empowering women to embrace their wisdom, redefine their purpose, and confidently embrace the next chapter of their lives.
The common definition of a crone is a post menopausal woman; someone who can no longer bear children.
I prefer to think of the Crone with a capital C, because we are so much more!
Our ancestors revered Crones for their wisdom, experience, leadership, magical and healing gifts, and was a treasured member of the community. They were sought after for their guidance and special skills.
Today's Crone is not only defined by the traditional and ancestral, she is vibrant, empowered, fearless excited about bringing her life's experience into her coming years.
She values herself and others, and has long let go of the idea of needing the approval of the world around her. She played society's game and is ready to seize the powerful Divine Feminine within and live by her own rules, grabbing life by the horns as she creates a new and wondrous life.
